Kiewa Cottage is a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The house is cozy and well-equipped, offering everything we needed. Jenny was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a truly delightful weekend, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Jenny’s cottage. It was very peaceful, private and relaxing. Jenny’s cottage was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The outdoor area was was like a fairytale garden. Enjoyed our stay here with our family, located walking distance to shops, kiewa river and other picturesque places. Owners are very knowledgeable about the area and shared all the details by sharing recommendations and maps in our accommodation. Exceeded expectations! Stunning location allowing for a very relaxing stay.
The facilities were excellent! Comfortable beds and a spacious layout. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging by the stream that runs through the bottom of the property. Jenny was enthusiastic to share her locals knowledge for good swim spots along the Kiewa river and up at Falls Creek. Looking forward to our stay next year already.

A dream property for my family to enjoy. We particularly loved enjoying the pool in the afternoon after being out exploring nearby town ‘Bright’. Jen was a lovely host and the handmade cookies and hospitality go such a long way when you’re travelling with your family. Home from home experience. The gardens, the stream, the wildlife….it really was dream like.
Brilliant communication from Jen. We had cottages next to one another which gave us space but kept us together still. We utilised the BBQ every night. We loved listening to the kookaburras everyday! We felt very welcomed into the town of Mount Beauty, and really enjoyed the Mt Beauty Gorge walk!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, Kiewa Country Cottages truly was a little slice of heaven. Breathtaking views and scenery in just about every direction, exceptional hospitality and very very clean, tidy and organised. I truly loved every second of the 3 nights I spent here and will be coming back again. the owners did everything they could to make our stay pleasant and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and bbq were clean, and the creek was tranquil and relaxing. over all, I'd recommend this place to anyone interested in seeing Mount Beauty and surrounding areas!

What a gorgeous place Jenny has! Super clean, perfect amenities- she’s thought of everything you need for a ski/adventure trip with a drying room too! Outlook from bedroom and living was so peaceful and plenty of outdoor spaces on the property. Also, the beds were super comfy and plenty of space for luggage in the bedrooms. We booked Jenny’s Accomodation as a last minute booking because our Airbnb host from Bright cancelled our booking couple of hours prior to check in. So glad that we found Jenny’s accommodation/Kiewa Country Cottages it is a hidden gem! She was so friendly and felt the warm welcome straightaway. The property has everything a family needs. Have bbq facilities, swing and creek for the kids to play, and a fire pit perfect for this cooler nights. The cottage was warm and toasty with central heating and heated blankets. Couldn’t ask for more! Each of the room has got usb chargers ready for your devices. My 2 boys had so much fun! We will definitely book again in the future.

Great location. The cottage had thoughtful touches in the design/decoration and comfy furniture made it feel cozy. There were homemade cookies waiting for us in the cottage when we arrived! The Kiewa Cottage Easter bunny left us some treats on Easter Sunday. So many thoughtful little touches make it such a great place to stay.
The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Jenny and Andy were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate that it is a 'guest only' property, it made for a quiet and peaceful getaway. We will definitely come back.

Tranquility in a beautiful place. Perfect for a getaway, plenty of activities around, places to go or to just rest on the porch of the cottage watching the birds hopping around with a good book in hand . The cottage is very cosy and fully furnished which everything you will need and more. Jenny is an amazing host. She’s really into details from charging plugs each side of the bed, to map with all the places to go, to the listing of restaurants and their opening time which was very handy at Easter time. A small bag of delicious homemade cookies on the table was a very nice touch. Need to mention how I enjoyed the beautiful artwork pieces on the walls from our host who’s a great artist. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you Jenny for your hospitality and warm welcome.

Extremely meticulous attention to detail. Beautiful and picturesque location with amazing views of Mount Bogong, Victoria’s tallest mountain. Cottages and retreat have run through hosts family so a lot of TLC given to the space. Host was extremely communicative and also almost always on site to check in and answer any questions. If you love the mountains, outdoor adventures and plenty of chill time then this is the place for you. Falls creek 40 min drive and plenty of cycling MTB.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and Jenny went out of her way to provide lots of extras that were a pleasant surprise (the home made cookies were delicious). We enjoyed having a platter by the pool and sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings soaking in the beautiful scenery. Jenny was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The Kiewa Cottages property has everything needed for an amazing holiday; fantastic spacious & peaceful location, beautiful creek and landscaping, gorgeous gardens, communal BBQ space for our family of 12 to meet for Christmas meals, nicely renovated and well stocked cabins. From when we first arrived to the minute we left Jenny was a superb host. The cottage was superbly appointed lacking nothing in comfort and amenities. The view of Mt Bogong and surrounds was spectacular. We had an incredible stay at Jenny's charming cottage. From the moment we arrived, Jenny's warm and friendly hospitality made us feel right at home. Her personal touches truly made this experience unforgettable. The cottage itself was a gem. The cottage garden was meticulously maintained where one could unwind and enjoy nature. Location was great, right in the middle between Bright, Mt Buffalos national park and Falls creek all with 30 - 40 mins drive with waterfalls and little gems along the way to all 3 destinations. we stayed for 3 nights. Our family had a very comfortable 2 night stay in these beautiful, well equipped cottages. Jenny was so welcoming and warm and literally everything is well thought out from the heated floors, plenty of hot water, almost every utensil you'd need to cook a meal to a game of Scrabble. Roam around the property and you'll find the most charming little things like a fairy garden, bird and animal ornaments, a nest swing and a stream perfect for getting back in touch with nature. Food Works and a pharmacy is only a 3 minute drive. Oh and the wonderful sound of kookaburras and magpies in the morning. Kiewa Cottages was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend this little gem.

My family and I had the most amazing stay at the cottages at short notice and Jenny was able to accommodate us with a superb cottage with every detail taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, the heated floor kept the cottage toasty warm, and the cottage provided the privacy and seclusion that made for an enjoyable stay. The grounds and gardens are immaculate and full of beautiful garden ornaments that are worth exploring for. We had easy access to Foodworks in Mount Beauty and the West Kiewa Gorge Walk. Jenny provided excellent advice about what we could do during our stay, including letting us know about the Bright growers markets, which we went too. Many of the features in the cottage were what we have experienced in 5 star hotels and resorts. We highly recommend staying here (its a hidden gem) and we will definitely be returning.

Where to start? The location and setting of the cottages is superb - walking distance to town or easy bike riding around the town. The landscaping and maintenance of the grounds is immaculate. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax in beautiful natural surroundings in Victoria’s High Country look no further than Kiewa Country Cottages. We’ve just spent 4 days staying in the 2 bedroom cottage looking out from the deck across the tree tops. The cottages are very well equipped with everything you need and the interiors are beautifully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting home away from home. There is a heated pool set amongst the gum trees and BBQ with fire pit for evenings relaxing with friends.

We have celebrated the past Christmas at Kiewa Country Cottage. Honestly I don’t even know where to begin! It was just magnificent and unforgettable! Jenny, our host, has been truly amazing! She’s so friendly, kind and thoughtful. The whole family is lovely and welcoming! All the little details warmed our hearts and made our holiday a very special one in many ways! Our cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt so much like home! The property is absolutely beautiful, full of little surprises, including an interesting tree swing (which our kids loved it), a fairy tree with lights and many more! We stayed at quite a few places in the past; this one definitely stands out and all of us had a ball! The kids adored our host Jenny who would go above and beyond to make sure all her guests were well looked after on their stunning property! Oh did I mention the heated pool? Those fun games? Netflix? Jenny was amazing from the initial enquiry till we left. The cottage was spotless. It had everything you would need and more. Down to cling wrap to tin foil. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge and is available when required. The grounds are immaculate, clean, and there is something for everyone. Games outside and inside. BBQ, pool and the most beautiful outlook to the Simmonds River. The bubbling of the water can be heard from your cottage. Tables are spread around for reading or a picnic. Thankyou Jenny and Andy for your hospitality. We will be back for sure.

This was our first time visiting the Victorian mountains and we couldn’t wish to stay at a better place. Everything was perfect: the cottage was spotless clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and very cleverly organised. It is situated on a beautiful land parcel where guests can use barbecue or a fire pit or simply enjoy the serenity of enjoying morning coffee by a creek. Specials thanks to the wonderful hosts who are taking great care of the property, know so much about the area, and are always willing to help. They truly made our stay special.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in Victoria. The location is brilliant, right off the Kiewa river, easy to locate and only a short drive from the town. Jenny is an exceptional host and having traveled extensively herself, she has thought of everything a guest would need. There were too many little touches like home-baked cookies, relaxing teas, fireplace and firewood, spa bath (that we enjoyed after a cold outing in snow), bath salts, books, etc. We were spoiled for choices and almost didn't want to go out and explore. We stayed for 2 nights but would be back for more in the near future. We loved chatting with Jenny and appreciated her recommendations a lot. Don't think twice if you're considering booking/visiting Mt. Beauty/Falls Creek area.

The outdoor part is very peaceful and beautiful and has everything a family needs (gorgeous BBQ area, a swing for the kids, a lot of space for the kids to run around and explore). The cottage itself was clean to the last detail. The beds are comfortable, everything is very well maintained. It had everything we could want and more. You could feel Jenny's (the owner) touch in every detail ! Jenny was very welcoming and helpful, accommodating all our needs and beyond.

What a place!! It started with the welcome we got from the lovely and caring Jenny. Then you see the grounds and you can't help but already love the place. But then you go inside the cottages! Super clean, super comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with better stuff than some of us have in our own homes and they are just so well thought out. Warm, homely and space for everything. We were on a skiing break and there was even a drying room/area for our gear. We really couldn't have asked for more. This place exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure. I travel a lot and this was the most beautiful place I have stayed at. It felt like home. Everything you need is close. Only 30 km to falls Creek. Not far out of the town centre. I highly recommend staying here. I can't say enough of how stunning and comfortable and relaxing the cottages are and the scenery wow. I will be back. Thank you Jenny for making our stay memorable.

This place exceeded all expectations. Jenny was extremely welcoming and took the time to show us around. She shared with us her knowledge of the local area and as a result we visited some incredible places in the region that are off the beaten track. The cottage itself had a homely feel along with everything we needed. Nearby is Simmonds Creek which made for some incredible scenery and a great view from the balcony. I highly recommend staying here if you are a tourist visiting the High Country region.

Our weekend stay at Jenny’s place was amazing! The cottage is very private with an amazing view and with lots of space to roam around whether it’s inside the cottage or around the property surrounded by greenery and wildlife. Jenny is an exceptional host, she looked after us as if we were part of her family! We will be definitely coming back!

We’ve stayed there twice - once in summer and once in winter and absolutely loved it. We were in the one bedroom unit which has everything you could wish for. Bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with huge fridge and stove plus microwave. Lovely tea selection. Good sized living space with huge tv. Private balcony with a bbq and amazing views. The host is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Our 1 night visit to Kiewa Country Cottages ended in 3 nights. Jenny, the owner, is one of the kindest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. She was incredible helpful with the stay and all information we needed about the area, not to mention the delightful hand baked cookies! The cottages are perfect for a relaxing stay with beautiful views down to the river and up to the mountains. We can't recommend this accomodation enough. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Kiewa Country Cottages. Jenny is lovely . We appreciate her for her professionalism, kindness and warmth. The location is beautiful and the property is well maintained. 10/10 for cleanliness. She set up the fire for us on a cold night, provided skewers for my kids to roast the marshmallows. She leaves no stone unturned to ensure the guests have a good time. Kids had a great time too. The little creek right in the backyard is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this property any day and would love to come back every year.
